We want you to feel confident in your KIKI THE BRAND pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimate apparel must have the protective liner intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still in place.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
